You don’t need the gym to get an intense workout!
Here is an outdoor (or even indoor) HIIT circuit workout using Body Weight only!
High Knees Jogging in Place x 30
Jump Squats x 10
Pushups x 10
Burpees x 10
Sprints up/down stairs for 45 seconds
Rest for 1 minute. Repeat Circuit for 5 rounds.
