Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out on your fitness adventure, finding the right supplements tailored to your needs can be a daunting task. Here are a few quick first things to ask yourself:
1. What are my goals? Muscle gain? Slimming down? Or just overall optimal health and wellness?
2. Do I have constraints on when I can take my products? Do I prefer to take supplements during the day, night, or midday?
3. Do I have experience with caffeinated products? Do I have a low or high tolerance?
The good news is that most of our products are designed to be stacked together! Let's go over a few of our product categories and things to be aware of when taking them:
1. Protein (both whey and vegan). These can be taken at at any time and can be taken in conjunction with every product! Typically protein is taken most effectively post workout to stimulate recovery!
2. Creatine. Creatine can also be taken at any time of the day, but we recommend either pre or post workout! Creatine should be taken every day regardless of if you train and can be taken in conjunction with pretty much any other product.
3. Pre-Workout. Uplift is our stimulant based pre workout. This product is caffeinated, so please start small if you have no experience with caffeine or a low tolerance. Be mindful of when you are consuming this product; we recommend taking it in the morning or early afternoon, but not at night. If consumed at night, you may risk having trouble sleeping. Please note, this product can be stacked with many products, but please be mindful if you are taking it with other caffeinated products (ei Shred Her and Shred Her Max). If you are going to stack them, consider taking Shred Her upon waking and pre-workout mid morning. Use discretion based on your tolerance!
4. Intra Workout (Amino Burners and Aminos). These are designed to be taken either pre, intra, or post workout. However, please note that the Amino Burners do contain a small amount of caffeine, so please do not take it in the late afternoon or night if you have trouble sleeping. These can be stacked with any products (but please be mindful of stacking them with other caffeinated products such as Uplift or Shred Her. Aminos can be taken at any time of the day, but we recommend post workout!
5. Wellness Supplements (Her Multi, Her Collagen, Probiotics, Her Immunity). These products can be taken at any time (but we suggest in the morning). They can all be taken together or at different times and can be taken with any NLA product.
6. Stimulant Fat Burners (Shred Her and Shred Her Max). These fat burners are designed to make you feel energized and get you moving! We recommend taking these in the morning, and no later than early afternoon. These are caffeinated, so please be aware of your tolerance. Taking Shred Her and Uplift or Amino Burners at the same time is not advised due to the caffeine content. Use discretion.
7. Non-Stimulant Fat Burners (CLA, Garcinia, Carnitine). All of these fat burners are safe to take together or in addition to Shred Her or Shred Her Max. Feel free to take them morning or night! They are also stackable with any other NLA product.
8. Night Fat Burner (Nighttime Burn). This product contains relaxation and deep sleep ingredients. Only take this product at night before bed. However, any other product by NLA can be taken during the morning or day.
