PUMPKIN SPICE COLLAGEN SHAKE

Ingredients:
1 Scoop NLA for Her Multi Collagen 
1 C Milk of Choice
1 Frozen Banana
3 TBSP Pumpkin Puree
1 TBSP of Nut Butter of choice
⅛ TESP Pumpkin Spice
⅛ Ground Cinnamon 
Ice Cubes


Directions:
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, all ice and frozen berries are crushed up. 
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
