Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of Her Whey Vanilla Cupcake protein powder
  • 1 scoop of Multi Collagen (optional)
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup of fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional for added sweetness)
  • Popsicle molds
  • Popsicle sticks

Instructions:

-In a blender, combine the vanilla protein powder, almond milk, ripe banana, fresh berries, and sweetener of your choice (if desired). Blend until you achieve a smooth and creamy mixture.

-Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top for expansion.

-Gently tap the molds on the counter to remove any air bubbles and ensure the mixture is evenly distributed.

-Insert the popsicle sticks into each mold, making sure they are secure but leaving enough space for a good grip.

-Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and let them set for at least 4-6 hours or until completely frozen.

-Once the popsicles are frozen, remove them from the molds by briefly running warm water over the bottom of the molds to loosen the popsicles. Gently pull them out using the popsicle sticks.
