Ingredients:
  • 1 Scoop NLA for Her Raspberry Lemonade Uplift Pre-Workout
  • 1 C Frozen Raspberries
  • Juice from ½ Lemon
  • 1 ½ C Crushed Ice
  • 1 TBSP Honey
Directions:
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, all ice and frozen berries are crushed up.
