- 1 Scoop NLA for Her Raspberry Lemonade Uplift Pre-Workout
- 1 C Frozen Raspberries
- Juice from ½ Lemon
- 1 ½ C Crushed Ice
- 1 TBSP Honey
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, all ice and frozen berries are crushed up.
