½ Cup of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
¼ Cup Natural Peanut Butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
¼ Cup Honey
1 ½ TBS of Coconut Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 ½ Cups of Honey Nut Chex Cereal
3 Scoops NLA for HER Peanut Butter Banana Split Protein
- Melt chocolate, peanut butter, honey and coconut oil in a large microwave safe bowl. Try 15 second intervals, stirring between each until everything is smooth and melted.
- Add vanilla extract into the mixture. Stir it up and then add Chex cereal. Stir cereal until each piece is coated in the chocolate mixture.
- Add the 3 Scoops NLA for HER Peanut Butter Banana Split Protein to a large, zip lock bag. Add coated cereal into the bag and shake around until the protein powder coats the cereal.
- Separate into 8 smaller zip lock bags for easy grab and go snacking or just simply ENJOY!
