Triple Chocolate Protein Muffins

Ingredients:
-1 cup buckwheat flour
-4 scoops chocolate eclair Her Whey (link to our website)
-1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
-1 tsp baking powder
-2 eggs
-4 oz unsweetened applesauce
-1/2 cup water
-2 tbs dark chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, leaving chocolate chips for topping.
2. Pour into muffin cups filling 2/3 full, and top with chocolate chips.
3. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes (toothpick tested).
